Introduction: Mr. Asraf is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). Mr. Asraf has been working as an independent auditor and public accountant for couple of years.

Academic Background: Mr. Asraf did his Masters of Commerce from National University and became a Chartered Accountant in 2012. He has also participated in a number of training, seminars and workshop organized by renowned local and international organizations.

Experience: Mr. Asraf has an excellent working experience in country’s largest corporate houses in diversified business industries. Apart from this, he has extensively worked for the World Bank under LGSP projects and worked for Asian Development Bank as staff consultant under Financial Management and Municipal Finance Consultancy (FMMFC) of Urban Public Environment and Health Sector Development Project (UPEHSDP). He has in-depth experience of rendering consultancy services in many micro-finance institutions and NGOs in Bangladesh, primarily for the Donors.

Mr. Asraf has a perfect blending of working experience as a public accountant as well as a top level management executive in the corporate sector.

As a public accountant, Mr. Asraf has been working in audit and advisory services for a number of local and foreign clients.
